1. Breath first — to steady the mindWe use three distinct breathing patterns depending on what your system needs: box breathing to regulate and slow a racing mind, circular breathing to ground and connect you to the body, and holotropic breathing to reach and release what's stored deeper. The breath is the gateway — everything else follows it.


2. Tapping — to signal safety through the bodyRhythmic tapping on specific meridian points adds a second safety signal on top of the breath. Where the breath works through the brain's chemistry, tapping works through the body's own language — bilateral stimulation that tells your nervous system: the threat has passed.

My journey with anxiety didn't start in a clinic or a training room. It started in my own life. A relationship that left me constantly second-guessing myself, never quite sure where I stood. Then the loss of my father, and two close friends not long after. Add to that the financial pressure of building a life as a single father, wanting to show up properly for my daughter every single day, and for a long time my nervous system was running on empty.I tried meditation first. Everyone said it would help, and I genuinely wanted it to work. But my mind was too busy. I couldn't sit with it. The more I tried to focus, the more my thoughts pulled me somewhere else, and I'd finish a session feeling more frustrated than when I started. So I turned to breathwork instead, first for myself, and then began weaving it into my work as a bodywork practitioner. That's when something interesting started to happen. I noticed that the touch techniques I was already using with clients connected naturally to what the breath was doing. They were speaking the same language. And I started to wonder what would happen if I combined them into a proper sequence rather than using them separately.What came out of that process was the NeuroBreath method. When I first experienced the full sequence myself, the word that kept coming to mind was WOW. The sensations, the energy moving through the body, the sense of everything settling. Do I need any prior experience with breathwork?No experience is needed for any of the programs. The Quick Reset is designed to be someone's very first experience of the method. Each program is fully guided — you just follow along. If you've done breathwork or meditation before, you'll find the method integrates easily with what you already know.


How is this different from meditation app and other breathwork courses?Most breathwork tools use a single technique. The NeuroBreath method is a layered sequence — breath, then tapping, then acupressure, then (in the Intensive) lymphatic drainage. Each layer prepares the body for the next, which is why people consistently report a deeper shift than with individual techniques alone. It also works at a physical, body-level rather than a purely cognitive one — which matters when stress and anxiety have a physical component that thinking hasn't been able to reach.
